How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order within 24 hours unless the order has already shipped. Our contact us page will have the information you will need to call or e-mail us with a cancelation. If your order has already been shipped we will notify you that we were not able to cancel the order and then you may go through the return process.
What is your return policy?
We will return all products(except those that are personalized) for a full refund less shipping and handling within 30 days. Personlaized items may be returned only if there is a mistake made on our part.
How long will it take before my order ships?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order. This excludes the personalized items which will take longer.
How much longer will it take to receive personalized items?
It will generally take 2-3 days longer to ship out personalized items. The hand painted furniture will take 5-7 days to allow for the paint to dry and the personalized puzzles take 2-3 weeks.
Do you ship outside the US?
No, currently we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for UPS ground.
How long will it take to receive my item?
We ship UPS ground and that can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you live.
Do you ship on weekends?
No, we only ship Monday-Friday.
Will you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
We will do our very best to have your gift delivered by a specific date, however due to the fact that we have no control once the item leaves the warehouse we cannot guarantee it.
Can I have an item shipped to a hospital?
Of course you may choose to ship wherever you would like, however our experience strongly recommends against shipping to a hospital. The shipping may take longer than expected or the hospital may not deliver it before the patient is discharged and then you may have additional shipping charges to have the gift shipped to their house.
